This panel will discuss a new report commissioned by the North Lawndale Employment Network and conducted by the University of Illinois’ Great Cities Institute on the cost of recidivism to communities and the benefits of employment social enterprises (ESE) to reduce incarceration and create personal and community opportunity and stability. Join us as we explore solutions that provide pathways to re-entry, re-integration, and stabilize lives and communities.
